Controls how the background is colored:
Dominant – colors the background with a delta gradient, emphasizing which side (Bid or Ask) is dominant.

Split – shows separate Bid and Ask volumes, allowing you to compare buying and selling activity directly.

Interpreting Volume Behaviour
1. Volume Spikes
Very high volume relative to the surrounding bars often marks key events: news, stop‑runs, or institutional repositioning. When accompanied by strong directional price movement, it can confirm trend acceleration; when price fails to extend, it may represent exhaustion.
2. Low‑Volume Pullbacks
In trends, pullbacks that occur on low volume suggest a corrective move rather than a true reversal. Many traders look for continuation signals as volume returns in the direction of the prevailing trend.
3.Volume in Ranges
Inside well‑defined ranges, monitor where volume concentrates:
High volume near range extremes often coincides with position‑building and absorption.
High volume in the middle suggests balance; breaks from such balance areas often start new swings.
Combining Volume with Order‑Flow Tools
With Delta Bar / CVD: use Volume to identify where participation was large, then study whether the aggression came from buyers or sellers.
With Big Trades: high Volume bars that also contain Big Trades markers show not only that the bar had activity, but that large players were involved.
With Important Levels: high Volume around session highs/lows or open provides evidence that these levels matter to the market.
